When You Can Return

Shipping Problems

  • Lost or delayed packages due to carrier errors
  • Items damaged in transit

When Returns Aren’t Accepted

  • “Change of mind” after order
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Custom/personalized designs (unless defective)

Refund within 5–7 business days after approval

Pack item safely (original packaging preferred)

Return Shipping Costs

  • We Pay: Wrong item, damage, print error, or shipping issue
  • You Pay: Incorrect size or change of mind
    → Fee: $6.99 (US) | Free for international returns

Refund Details

  • Inspection: 2–3 days
  • Processing: 5–7 days
  • Bank Posting: 3–5 days after refund confirmation

Refund Method: Same as original payment (PayPal, card, etc.)

Exchanges

For Size Changes:

  • Request within 7 days
  • You cover return shipping; we cover new item shipping

For Defective Items:

  • Contact us with photos → instant replacement → free return label

Special Cases

  • International Returns: Free return shipping; longer processing
  • Holiday Orders: 45-day window (Dec–Jan 31st)
  • Damaged Packages: Contact within 48h with photos
