How do I place an order?
Simply browse your favorite designs, select your size and color, add to cart, and checkout securely using PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard.

What is print-on-demand?
Every item is made fresh after you order—no mass production or old inventory. You get a newly crafted, made-for-you product every time.

Can I customize designs?
Yes! Some products include personalization options. Look for “Customize” on the product page or email us at [email protected] for custom requests.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Measure a similar item you own and compare with our chart for the best fit.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Total: 9–16 business days

  • Production: 2–4 days
  • Shipping: 7–12 days (US) / 10–15 days (international)

What does shipping cost?

  • US: $4.99 first item + $2.99 each additional
  • International: $7.99–$9.99 first item + $3.99–$4.99 each additional
  • FREE shipping on orders over $130

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

What if my package is lost?

What’s your return policy?
We accept 30-day returns for quality defects, wrong items, or our mistakes.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind.

How do I return something?

Who pays return shipping?

How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days for processing + 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund

How do I care for my items?
Wash cold, turn inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the print.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, and select international destinations.

What about customs and duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

How do I track international orders?
Full tracking is provided from dispatch to delivery, just like domestic orders.
